I’m Pratika. I’m a B2B content strategist and writer specializing in long form blogs. I’ve been a writer for a long time. It’s what I do for work, for love, for peace, for growth, and I don’t really know who I’d be if I didn’t write. My days begin and end with a page.
I got my first job at 15 as a sports reporter at the very first Asian Youth Games held in Singapore. After many weeks at sports stadiums, I made $30, which I spent treating my whole family to dinner at McDonald’s.
That’s when I announced that I would be a writer.
Soon, I was doing exactly what I wanted: writing about design, culture, and lifestyle for publications like Elle, Huffington Post, and Vice. I covered everything from the Indian street art scene to drug rehabilitation centers in rural Punjab.
As an ex-journalist who used to cover the design scene in India, I have a deep appreciation for creative disciplines that follow a user-focused, strategic approach to drive measurable results.
Like content marketing.
I have a 50-step process for researching, writing, editing, and optimizing interesting and valuable blogs. Through a reader-first, search-engine-second approach, I’ve helped my clients earn featured snippets and top spots that endure Google’s ruthless updates. (Check them out here.)
The things that make you happy as a content marketer, amirite?
What about you? What does great content mean to you? Maybe we can make it together.
